Lake Court Apartments in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.

 

Historic landmark designation plays a key role in ensuring the protection and preservation of historically significant buildings, landscapes and sites.

UPDATE! The Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board hearing on our nomination occurred December 18, 2024..
The board reached a unanimous decision to name the Lake Court Apartments a Seattle Landmark!

There is a final Controls & Incentives meeting in March 2025 that is open to the public.
Negotiations following that meeting regarding building changes are solely between the owner & the city.
